Ingredients:
• 1 scoop vegan protein powder
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 100g frozen berries
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 frozen banana
Instructions:
1. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen berries, frozen banana, and almond milk.
2. Add vegan protein powder and chia seeds.
3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. The consistency should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
4. Pour into a bowl.
5. Optional: Top with additional chia seeds, fresh berries, or a sprinkle of granola for added texture.
