Ingredients
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional, for creaminess)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
8 large butter or romaine lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Optional toppings: avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices
Instructions
Prepare the Tuna Salad: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, parsley, dill (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Assemble the Lettuce Wraps: Lay out the lettuce leaves and spoon a portion of the tuna salad into the center of each leaf.
Add Toppings and Serve: Top the tuna salad with your choice of avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, or cucumber slices if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lower-carb option, stick to Greek yogurt and skip the mayonnaise. You can also serve the tuna salad on whole-grain bread or crackers for variety.
