Ingredients:
• 150g turkey meatballs (200 calories, 35g protein)
• 1 cup fresh green beans (35 calories, 2g protein)
• 1 tsp olive oil (40 calories, 0g protein)
• 200ml marinara sauce ( 133 calories, 4g protein)
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Add turkey meatballs to the pan and season with Italian herbs, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, steam green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt.
4. Warm tomato sauce in a small pan or microwave.
