Tuna and Egg Salad

Ingredients:
• 1 can (4 oz) tuna in water
• 2 hard-boiled egg
• 1 cup mixed greens, cucumber, tomtoes etc.
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 200g boiled potatoes (200 calories)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, place in a pot with water and boil for 15-20 minutes until tender
2. Drain the can of tuna well and flake into a bowl
3. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces
4. Combine tuna, chopped eggs, and mixed greens in a large bowl
5. Add chopped cucumber and tomatoes
6. Add the cooled boiled potatoes to the bowl
7. Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss all ingredients together
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste (optional)
