Spiced Tempeh with Couscous

Ingredients:
• 150g tempeh
• 1/2 cup cooked couscous
• 1 cup steamed broccoli
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cut tempeh into 1-inch cubes and marinate for 30 minutes in a mixture of Moroccan spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, and turmeric).
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Pan-fry marinated tempeh for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
4. While tempeh is cooking, prepare couscous according to package instructions.
5. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
6. Plate the spiced tempeh over couscous and serve with steamed broccoli on the side.
