Ingredients:
• 1 scoop vegan protein powder (120 calories, 25g protein)
• 1 tbsp peanut butter (90 calories, 3g protein)
• 1/2 frozen banana (50 calories, 0g protein)
• 1/2 cup almond milk (15 calories, 0g protein)
• Optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• Optional: 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Add almond milk to blender first to prevent protein powder from sticking to the bottom
2. Add protein powder, peanut butter, and any optional spices
3. Break frozen banana into chunks and add to blender
4. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds to combine ingredients
5. Increase to high speed and blend for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth
6. If mixture is too thick, add more almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time
7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
