Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup cooked lentils
• 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
• 1 cup spiced tomato stew
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a medium pot, combine pre-cooked lentils and chickpeas.
2. Add the spiced tomato stew and stir gently to combine.
3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until thoroughly warmed, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
6. Optionally, serve with fresh herbs or warm bread.
