Ingredients:
• 100g halloumi, cubed (300 calories, 22g protein)
• 1 cup mixed bell peppers (40 calories, 2g protein)
• 1 tsp olive oil (40 calories, 0g protein)
• 1 tsp soy sauce (10 calories, 0g protein)
• 1/2 tsp ginger paste (optional)
• 1/2 tsp garlic paste (optional)
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp garam masala
• Salt and black pepper to taste (use less salt as halloumi is naturally salty)
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Add ginger and garlic paste (if using) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add cubed halloumi and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
4. Add bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
5. Season with cumin, garam masala, and black pepper (add salt only if needed).
6. Pour in soy sauce and stir well to coat everything evenly.
7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the vegetables reach desired tenderness.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
