Ingredients:
• 250g (7 oz) plain non-fat Greek yogurt (148 calories, 25g protein)
• 2 tbsp almond butter (190 calories, 6g protein)
• 1 tsp honey (20 calories, 0g protein)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds (60 calories, 2g protein)
Optional:
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth
2. Add the almond butter and honey, stirring until well combined
3. If using, add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a tiny pinch of sea salt - these will enhance the overall flavor
4. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top and gently fold them into the mixture
5. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to slightly expand and soften
6. Give a final stir before serving
7. Enjoy immediately while cold and creamy!
