Ingredients:
• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (160 calories, 28g protein)
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (30 calories, 1g protein)
• 1/2 avocado (120 calories, 2g protein)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (40 calories, 0g protein)
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
• Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
1. Spoon the cottage cheese into a serving bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and arrange them around the cottage cheese.
3. Cut the avocado into small cubes and add to the bowl.
4. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Sprinkle with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if using.
