Ingredients:
• 150g (5.3 oz) low-fat cottage cheese (110 calories, 16g protein)
• 1 slice whole-grain bread (80 calories, 4g protein)
• 50g cherry tomatoes (10 calories, 0g protein)
• Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
• Fresh basil leaves (optional)
• Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
1. Toast the whole-grain bread until golden brown
2. While bread is still warm, spread the cottage cheese evenly across the surface
3. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on top of the cottage cheese
4. Season with a pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
5. For extra flavor, tear 2-3 fresh basil leaves and sprinkle on top
6. Serve immediately while toast is still warm
