Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup cooked black beans (114 calories, 8g protein)
• 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (111 calories, 4g protein)

• 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Instructions:
1. If using freshly cooked ingredients, let them cool to room temperature.
